David to Solomon: "Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God, is with you." (1 Chronicles 28:20)Right now, finishing, editing etc. my novel seems like a task as big as building the Temple. How many years did it take to build that anyhow? Oh no! Will I ever finish this thing? We are going through the second edit and next Friday I'll put the writers in my group to work. I'm sure they'll love that. Maybe, one day soon it will all have been worth it.
For now, I will listen to David's words ". . . do the work . . . " and the rest helps too.
