The Bye-Law

My friend, Sandee, gave me a few pictures from her England travels to share with family, friends, and world. I stumbled upon this one. After a morning of picking up doggie treats in the garden, this photograph just made me chuckle (I hope that's a word).

So, just in case you can't read it, the sign says . . .

Any Person
who permits a
dog to foul
the footpath
is liable to
prosecution
under the
council's
bye-law

Speaking of dogs, my sweet old dog is getting into the habit off jumping out of his bed and prancing into my bedroom at 3:00 a.m. He just can't make it through the night anymore. So I open the door and gingerly follow him outside in my barefeet. While he is busy, I gaze at the stars. Awesome. Unless it is cloudy...
