A few words here, and it flows to the next, where the lines and words pulse together. It's fascinating really, when emotions are freed and unafraid to show what is truly felt. But wait, what is it Emo feels--sadness or peace perhaps? It's poetry you know, or is it simply words and rhythm, rhythm and words, but it isn't formal, this we know.
Emopoetry: moments when happiness can jump of the paper and slide next to you. Dare to travel to a time and space? Myspace that is, where not everything is literal and, to no one's surprise, not everything is factual. This fits the mold, though only sometimes, as you can see emopoetry is hard to explain and forever difficult to classify. But it will bring you to a higher place because it is your heart that reads.
It's crazy they say--a little like life I would imagine. Ah, one could sayEmopoetry is based on personal emotions not experiences like most poetry. Emopoetry is not poetry it is Emopoetry.

I wonder if it might actually be a little boring. I guess I find outporing, without form of any kind (even if it's only sound form... words that sound good together), to lack interest.
Have you read it? What's a favorite line?
I have read a couple of pages. It's just simple to me and honest. My 14 year old son, who doesn't like to read says he can relate. I wrote the review because I have to admit I like the "stillness" of emo. Does that make sense? Plus certain phrases like "To guide you through dark passages," always grabs me. Ah, but then again, I'm not a poet.
