Rick Ankiel's Comeback Story
I was looking for a little bit of news from home like a Dodgers win but Washington doesn't seem to care . . . well that and we can't catch any kind of signal for the TV's. Got to cut down those cedar trees. Nonetheless, I found this article about Rick Ankiel who is at this moment the brightest spot in the MLB. No controversy here. Oh, my kindred spirit sister, I see you are a Dodgers fan too. :o) I got to see my team play back in 1982. We were stationed in Ft.Polk, Louisiana. My Knight surprised me with a trip to Houston and a ticket to see my Dodgers play against the Astros. My Dodgers won. I got to see my favorite player,Steve Garvey play his last season. I'll never forget it.
